BEYOND THE BASICS
From the entrance gate
to the kitchen sweep.
Estate properties bring more systems into the picture. Choose the features you want reviewed, with specialty testing scoped separately when needed.
GOOD TO KNOW
A little more clarity.
Questions before the next step?
Who performs my inspection?
The named inspection provider performs the work and takes responsibility for its report. Utah Estate Insights LLC handles coordination and payment administration. Provider identity, scope and written terms are supplied before final balance payment; the assigned inspector must separately confirm the appointment. Read how the platform works.
Can my agent or brokerage pay?
Yes. Choose “Agent or brokerage pays” to keep the client’s contact details separate from the payer’s name, brokerage, billing email and billing address.
How is square footage priced?
The main residence is priced by total square footage, including the basement. Detached guesthouses are sized and priced separately using the same tiers. Homes over 10,000 sq. ft. move to a custom quote.
Are specialty systems included?
Core home systems are included in the base inspection. Selected estate features appear as itemized add-ons. Gate safety certification, water-quality testing, internal equipment diagnosis and other specialist work require a separately agreed scope.
Does choosing a date reserve it?
No. It records your preference. Availability and the inspection scope must be confirmed before a real appointment is booked.
What happens after I send my request?
We review your scope and preferred date before requesting payment. After payment is verified and your assigned inspector confirms the appointment, we will call or text you to coordinate the visit. For questions before then, email utahestateinsights@gmail.com.
PLATFORM TERMS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clear roles. Clear expectations.
Utah Estate Insights LLC coordinates inspection requests, estimates, scheduling and payment. Property-specific insight, findings and recommendations come only from your assigned licensed inspector. We provide the software and administrative tools to collect, organize and transfer that information. The assigned inspection provider performs the inspection and is responsible for its findings and report. Platform administration is not a professional inspection or code-compliance certification.
Before final balance payment, we identify the proposed provider and provide the inspection scope, fees and cancellation terms for your acceptance. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
