Simple, disclosed terms.

No subscription or per-lead charge. UEI retains 10% of the agreed repair price on work introduced through the platform; you receive 90% before your business costs and taxes. UEI pays processing costs from its share. Independently sourced work has no UEI commission.

The customer pays through UEI after you both accept the exact scope and price. To receive your contractor payment, upload completed-work photos for every repair item, certify completion, and obtain acceptance from the verified customer who paid. The owner then authorizes payment after checking the records and funds availability. A request for corrections, refund, dispute, expired credential or incomplete Stripe verification blocks release. Revised completion submissions require fresh customer acceptance. Stripe’s subsequent bank payout timing applies. This is delayed contractor payment, not an escrow account.

No payment is taken when you apply. You remain responsible for your license scope, insurance, permits, written repair scope, workmanship, taxes and customer obligations. Work and earnings are not guaranteed. Changed scope, cancellations, refunds and disputes require office review; customer acceptance does not waive legal rights.

I accept the 10% platform fee and 90% contractor share, and understand that completion photos, paying-customer acceptance, owner authorization and verified funds are required before payment release.I am authorized to apply for this business, will keep credentials current and only accept work within my verified scope.
